I'm working on the model, but struggling with the tracks fitting correctly around the drive sprockets. The guide teeth seem to sit outside the sprocket, and I'm not sure what to make of a piece on the top track piece. Any advice?

I've made a couple, but it was a few years ago however I don't recall any problems with the tracks. Have you tried the tracks in both left and right sides, sometimes the PSC tracks only work on one side or another.

Here's one of mine and the tracks look fine without any adjustments.

As noted, PSC tracks often only work one way, but it sometimes isn't obvious that is the case until you've tried putting the whole thing together. I've not built any of their Panthers though.

It seems to me I'll have to remove some track guides to fit around the drive sprocket and a kind of random piece on the top track.

Never mind, I got it. I was fitting it together and forgot there was another piece to the drive sprocket. A real duh moment.🙄

Yes, especially when it comes to multi part PSC tracks!

I couldn't figure out why the tracks didn't look like every photo I could find of the model on line. Well, color me embarrassed. LoL

Thank goodness I didn't start doing surgery on them.

TacticalPainter01 – nice job with your Panther.

Thank goodness I didn't start doing surgery on them.

Anybody who thinks they need to start cutting in order to get a PSC model to go together needs to do exactly what you did – STOP, take a deep breath, and figure out what you've done wrong ! ;o)
