I don't the think the Horse, Foot and Guns Yahoo group was moved over to io. TBF, it was not really that busy anyway. I think there are two or three of us who post online who play it, at least from time to time.

The Yahoo Group was not ported to IO and ceased at the end of 2019.
For information, a hardcopy version was self-published by Phil Barker in February 2016. This was very similar to the version developed up to 2006 and contained nothing new.
WRG issued a formal statement at the time thus:
11 February 2016
IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
I have been asked to make a statement to anyone who is considering the purchase of HFG currently published by LULU. Please be aware, it is for anyone who would like a printed copy of the downloadable rules. This version does not contain any new rules, or new material. It is still in development and not a finished WRG production.

There is this wiki, but it hasn't been updated for several years: link

You could use the DBA Fanaticus Forum. There is a sub-forum where DBN and HFG are sometimes discussed.
