Maybe the Taliban will care about the Uighurs. That's China's main concern. The whole world, including many neighboring Muslim nations, don't seem to be all that upset.

Hey Taliban! Forget about the USA! (We're doing a pretty good job destroying ourselves anyway…) China is holding millions of Muslim Uighurs in concentration camps, forcing apostasy on them. That's much closer.

Of course that might upset Nike and Apple, who do great business with the forced labor factories in those concentration camps.

The wording of the headline of this thread is interesting. It's not about America's interests anymore, but rather "Chinese interests". After all ‘they're not bad folks, folks'. Dangerous times are ahead.

You misunderstood me. I'm not implying Pakistan will have to rein in the Taliban at all because the Taliban won't care about the Uyghurs enough to do very much.

The Taliban fought the US only because their home turf Afghanistan was invaded and a puppet regime installed in Kabul. Pakistan offers them refuge if they have to fall back and regroup when things got hot. They only have to bide their time and slowly bleed the trespassers until we get tired and pull out.

It's one thing to fight in your own territory to evict a foreigner and quite another to invade another's territory to end the repression of some minority.

Yes, If AQ, ISIS and other muslims are concerned about the poor treatment of muslims. They need to look at what is going on in the PRC.

However, they may realized as I said before. The PRC/CCP will not give a about CD, and will use very Draconian methods to quell any terrorists like AQ or ISIS going on jihad in China.

It would be a blood bath for the islamo-fascists vs the PLA. As I said they know this so like the cowards they are they will attack the West. Who demonstrates some level of humanity, concern about CD, etc.

Again as I said before also. If the US/West did not care about CD. There would be places on the planet that would look like the dark side of the Moon. Without WMDS, just conventional HE, etc. 🌑
