Many times I get "ERROR: Topic name too long" when entering the Subject of a New Topic. Can there be a character limiter or just shorten the topic box so I know upfront when the topic name is too long? Thanks |

It's currently set for 70 characters, but that's some kind of web average, I suppose. On my browser, at my current settings, I can get 40 'fat' characters in the box, or 120 'skinny' characters.  |

It would be nice to have a clue when you're running out of space. Otherwise, you just have to be lazy and have to, or pretend to have to, do truncated lazy titles. That happens too many times here.
