That is one impressive beast! With due respect Tango, the Editor and others have been courteously attributing your posts to their sources recently. Why don't you save them the trouble and do it yourself from now on. Sure, you're not obliged to, but it would be polite. |

The request has been made in the past by some authors of the original material. Some people don't care. Personally I wouldn't care. But if in doubt why not? Not like it's going to take much more of your time, and then it can never be an issue. Simple. |

Not true… the request (agenda/campaing) began from John the OFM and followed from some fellow members…
Mentioning the main page is enought as the rules of TMP said… and that's what I'm going to do…

True But a third option is stick to Tango's original practice of just providing the link. It speeds things up. Do folk have any idea how much he inputs in a single day? Whether WWII, Modern, Napoleonic, ACW and I will bet many more…..he must be somewhat pushed for any other activity eg sleep. I long thought he was "just" a search engine, a robot that just automatically inserted new links….but I have changed my mind, shall we say? I have no idea why he does so much or equally why the Editor takes on this added duty himself |
