Question: Are wargamers using Dice Towers in tournaments?….

Highly specialized design, only two baffles (3+ baffles guarantees truly random die rolls). They painted themselves into a small corner, as it does not have general appeal for most gamers.

I also dislike requiring assembly to use my Dice Tower. I want to open it, and roll. Loads of fluff which appear to be specific to an unknown game, which are not terribly useful for most games. I wish them well, but I am not a fan of their design.

I own several hardwood Dice Towers. I use them for both RPG's and for mini's games. They give me truly random die rolls -- and I suffer because of it, but no one ever accuses me of cheating on my rolls! :-( Personally, I prefer my friends use them -- they give truly random rolls, so no dropping the dice on the tabletop, just so, to achieve a good roll… They work whether you drop one die at a time, or a handful of dice, all at once. Cheers!
