A friend of mine took me to a game in northern Virginia (deep thickets out that way) for a game of CL&S. BIG battalions. Great if you liked painting the different individual types of troops in a battalion. While the scale is a bit much for me, I really liked the idea that you see a big group of men coming at you. If I recall the WRG Rules had rule that you could not charge after 1780 something. We used to call them the rules covering The Great Arthritis Plague :) |
