Joyeux Noël et Joyeuses Fêtes, mes camarades!

After years of coveting it, I've finally purchased the Walking Land Monitor from Old Glory, and it's lovely.

I have one on my workbench right now, in pre-paint prep. grin

Hi Bill,

I'm debating whether to try convert mine to a Prussian tripod. OG's design is so nice, I'm not sure I want to mess with it.

Decision paralysis strikes again! :D

That's a marvelous model.

Good luck and have fun with it!

Interesting that you should say that you often lose your way on the OG site.

Try to find AWI or Napoleonic sailors. They're there, and very nice.
But where? grin
Hint. They're not in the "25/28mm" section.
No, you have to follow the breadcrumbs through the Shipyard. You have to know they exist, first of all, and where they are to find them. You won't stumble across them by browsing. But they're excellent.
If I might be so bold as to suggest that you should be able to find them in both places?

I had this model decades ago. It's a walker. It is what it is.

John the OFM,

I agree, though I suspect that OG's catalogue is so big that it's difficult to track everything. I once found German Maxim gunners in the Spanish-American War category.

Quoth 79thPA sagely: C'est ce que c'est.

It's a wonderful kit! I put one together for Mars years ago.

Nice thing about something like that is that the "scale" is whatever you want it to be.

Not quite in this case, due to the door and hatches.
