What are the top five qualities you look for in a potential gaming buddy? |

Here is my opinion for what it is worth 1. Is prepared to contribute to a game by bringing figures, scenery , own dice etc. An active buddy. Maybe even snacks. 2. Has their own battle plan in a game. Not waiting to see what comes up before making a decision. 3. Good humour and manners whether they win or lose. 4. Takes an interest in the history (even if only passing) 5. Puts their mobile phone away/switches it off for the game. Giving the game and players their full attention. martin

1. A GOOD SPORT! Doesn't get upset when things go against him. Doesn't blame the dice, the rules or other players. 2. Careful with the figures. 3. Pays attention to the game. No rambling side stories. 4. Not a power gamer/rules lawyer. 5. Has interest, at least for the day, in the history. I fart a lot, so… Steve |
