Rather, it suggests that Putin needs a small but well-equipped, professional army. The rest, worse equipped, conscript part of the army, serves to train reservists. And he is preparing not for a big war (nuclear forces are enough to contain NATO), but for small and local operations. |

Can't wait to see how they plan to power these. Clearly the tech works, but powering it without an umbilical power cable will prove challenging. |
