Great models of traction trebuchets!!

When I first saw your title, I immediately said (to myself), "Those aren't mangonels. Those are trebuchets." Then I looked up mongonel on-line and found this excellent Wiki article en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangonel that quickly corrected my misinterpretation of the name as well as giving a detailed history of the machines and plenty of pictures.

Just shows one shouldn't jump to conclusions until one does a little research.
