I order from Warlord quite a bit, and the couple of times an order has been screwed up they respond quickly to make things right. Seems like a good bunch of people there

I had a problem once where they sent the wrong pack, sent them an email and they made it right. Great people.

Agree – also had the experience where they sent the wrong pack; they sent the right one and told me to keep the other one – first rate service!

I had a problem where I purchased a resin Sherman kit from a local retailer. I did not attempt to build it for a couple of months, so when I opened the kit, I discovered the kit had two right tracks, not one left and one right. I emailed Warlord to tell them about it, and could they please send a left track set? I knew the odds were slim to none of receiving a replacement, and I was prepared for them to not do anything about it, as it was my fault, but they came through, sending me a left track for the Sherman! Warlord did not have to do this for me, but THEY DID! I love those guys!

A few years back I got a badly printed sheet of decals in a box of plastic Romans. They posted out a replacement sheet immediately. Always great service.
