"Non-meat diets may help you maintain healthy cholesterol, body weight, and blood-sugar levels. But these diets, particularly veganism, may also boost your risk of suffering broken bones, according to a new study published in BMC Medicine. Sometimes they even eat SPAM! You need to go to Hawaii. I was told they serve SPAM sandwiches at McDonalds along with their other more well known items. Probably some other fast foods there do similar. You really will be in Paradise !! |
