Really good all around -- pose, expression, proportion, paint job. I see the knife beside her, and think: She's going to cut your heart out anyway. She might as well do it literally. |

Beautifully painted. The transitions from green to violet are especially well done. |

I don't think any Aztecs had blue eyes, at least not until after the Spanish arrived. ;-) |

I agree – a really beautiful miniature that has been painted to the very highest standard. Tony |

"I don't think any Aztecs had blue eyes.." Doubt they had bodies like that or dressed like that – but it's a very nicely done figure. |

Niely sculpted and painted. The dusty feet are a great realism touch. As for the blue eyes, it is a recessive gene and could be found by mutation in a very few individuals. |

Let us not forget the Mandan Indians of North America, blue eyes. However it is possible and Eric the Red got here a couple centuries before that Italian "Johnny come lately" and ahem…took some liberties. |

Got that mini in 28mm – now I will never touch it with a brush… the paintjob is somewhere between gorgeous and incredible. |

Sorry for that my friend… (smile) Amicalement Armand |
