After painting a large number of figures, completing a test game and completing the research for the battlefield and the buildings, the next step is to construct the terrain…"

Some great modeling here. Stress the artillery redoubt is from well before 1815 as they explain. Always baffles me that there was nothing remotely like that south of Brussels. OK, I accept the plan was to invade not defend. Maybe, like Singapore 41, "it would have been bad for civilian morale". Maybe there several invasion routes from France, but a few blown bridges and a couple of these between Brussels and Charleroi might have made a difference. Obviously one risk of any change to history is that Napoleon's invasion follows a more cautious path and he is not as soundly beaten as he eventually was, of course.

Read the article. All figures are identified. They are a mixture of Airfix, Esci, Revell (the horses), and Art Miniaturen (Landwehr Infantry).
