What a great idea. Hopefully, this will lead to an increase of women in our hobby thereby expanding the ranks and keeping the hobby growing. |

"Our mission is to help women thrive in professional wargaming." suggests that it will not have much, if any, effect on hobby wargaming, unless 'professional wargaming' includes writing hobby rules for financial reward. |
