As don't get out of the Napoleonic era much could this be a regiment flag that was old or possibly A new issue? |

These Aztecs want a sacrifice! I enjoyed painting these Aztecs from Wargames Foundry – includes a pair of warrior priests, a priestess, a temple priest, and an Eagle Warrior leader with his signaler. link |

14Bore: This is a remarkable photograph – because this is clearly an Austrian flag. Is this a war trophy? Did the Austrian contingent lose any flags to the Russians in 1812? Perhaps at Gorodeczna? Or is this a newly-captured flag from some Austrian HQ in 1914-16? (Surely not even the Austrians were carrying flags in the field in WWWI?) |

Pretty sure that this is a WWI photo, probably a flag of one of the Austrian regiments that was destroyed at Lemberg or had to surrender after the siege of Przemysl. These defeats were large enough to roll up the Headquarters where any flags would be stored. |
