Did someone do the stats for teh Greek & Turkish ships of the battles of Elli and Lemnos? I tried but failed. It looks like you have to do the maths for the stats of War Time Journal's 1900 rules and then convert them into Quickfire. So, did someone do the work, and where could I find it? Thanks in advance, cheers. |

Ah, I don't know how that happened, I had a whole message typed above the link and the Submit button only sent the link. Anyway, there is a Quickfire 1.05 update pending that has more ship stats including Greek and Turkish. More (like Averoff) will be added. In a pinch you can find existing ship stats for very similar vessels as a guide to estimate values. The link above goes to the Beta page for Quickfire 1.05. Hope that helps, Jim |

It certainly does, thanks a lot. Will you add more turkish ships in the lists in the future? |

I've added Averof to the list, also added the Turkish named Brandenburg for quicker data access. Looking at the numbers I can see how Averof was so formidable… she's relatively fast and can really do a gunnery job on those older ships. Yes, as I have time to sit down and crunch through the numbers I'll be adding more ships. I see that I also need to post some more British cruisers and others. Note that the smaller ships tend to have less stat variability among the designs. Like destroyers and torpedo boats, they'll all tend to have the same set of vital statistics. Very similar for gunboats. So for those smaller ships you can look up other nations that have more complete listings (Japanese through French) and lift those numbers for use elsewhere. Jim |
