This past weekend I was mounting some figures to movement stands. I sent these figures out some time ago to be painted. I looked at the post mark on the box they came in … they have been patiently waiting for their movement stands since November of 2008! They are half way to retirement and haven't even been deployed. |

What? You have figures you have not touched in 12 years? Rookie. |

That is the sign of having a full life, I only hope the figures haven't grown beards! |

When my CLS Westphalians take the field, they include the brigade I bought when I went on initial active duty with the Air Guard in 1972. At least five other units in that army are older than that. |

I have CLS figures from when we started NEWA in 1968 that I actually painted my self. And I still have unpainted ones from then too :( So crude by modern standards I will never do them anyway. Good for fishing sinkers. |

I have figures that date from the 70s that are still waiting to be painted. Haven't we all ? I have figures from the 70s that waited so long to be painted that I sold them on eBay (for a profit, much to my surprise). |

Hah! I just packed up all my unpainted – except the micro armor – in anticipation of a move. It fits in one medium size box, and none of it is older than 3 or 4 years. |

There's one in every crowd ;) My oldest unpainted is just from the 80's. 25mm french colonials from foundry if it matters. |
