"272pp., 21 contemporary illustrations of the battlefield in June-July 1815, 3 maps. 2020. Gareth continues to find more and more unpublished material. This is the third volume we have published in the Waterloo Archives series. It includes significant material relating to the Guards & the 52nd, the 33rd & the 92nd."

Thanks

This advert does not tell me enough about this new publication however. It is a very superficial review of the contents and may well not do justice to the text itself.

I have Vols I-VI, when they were published by Frontline Books. This, we are told, is the Ken Trotman Archive Book III (or the Vol IX in the series of course. How confusing)

This may well have a superb and novel content, but the publishers have not exerted themselves in "pushing" it. (and I dislike the cover, repeated, of VII-IX)

Yes

That is what I needed. Thanks

Convinced and only tonight over supper I was asked what Santa might bring me this year. Only snag now is the missing volumes…..I only go up to the sixth right now.

I have the first six volumes as well. Seems a bit churlish not to complete the set.
Did I mention there is a volume X?
