I am curious as to why their is advertising still in the rotation that is obviously out of date and not being paid for. See Williamsburg Muster for an example. |

I love seeing the 2011 Muster ad. Memories. |

The index gets momentarily out of whack once in a while. |

Why would the index have ads that old still in it? I mean as a web designer I know it isn't that hard to pull a photo ad completely down. |

The index has all banners in it, past and present. |

I did wonder why I keep seeing Dom's Decals ads. |

Then the OPs question becomes: why are they in the index and available to be cycled? |

If I was an advertiser given how the system works this would disturb me. |

I did wonder why I keep seeing Dom's Decals ads. He's still an active advertiser. Then the OPs question becomes: why are they in the index and available to be cycled? Because they are all in the same database. If I was an advertiser given how the system works this would disturb me. Because one old banner pops up once in a rare moment??? Doesn't hurt anyone. |

This is not a rare occasion. I see Williamsburg Muster 3-4 times a week so I would be concerned that old ads were not removed from the database. It really is not difficult to keep a database up to date. Sorry just my opinion. |
