The rocket looks like a Dragon ATGM which could be controlled from inside the vehicle.

The M47 Dragon MAW that we had could be mounted on the cupola of the M113 TC's hatch. Along with the .50 cal. I don't think they use the Dragon anymore. Maybe a Javelin or AT4 ? The Javelin replaced for the old M47 MAW, IIRC. I was never really that happy with the M47 MAW, was glad to hear is was replaced.

And in case you were wondering:

MEAP = MRAP Expedient Armor Program.

CROWS II (Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station) system

BTW the weapon on the CROWS II next to the M2 .50 cal. looks like a Javelin too me. Having never seeing or using one when I was on active duty, '79-'90. link

Also The AT4 was the M72 replacement. Was the new Infantry AT weapon in the late '80s.
