After reading all the problems with some of the vendors folks are having here I am especially glad for On Military Matters. My latest transaction was no exception to their outstanding service. I noticed they would be getting in the new Market Garden book from Rapid Fire as well as the Rapid Reloaded rules in one of their weekly flyers. I immediately shot off a message to them. Within no time at all Dennis replied with a personal note letting me know he had me down for one of each when they came in. Well within the time limit of when he expected him the books came in. At that point he sent a request for a PayPal payment, not before. Once he received my payment the books went out the next day. The books arrived here well packaged and in absolute mint condition. It is refreshing to deal with someone like Dennis who is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. |
