Some 28mm Gendarmes, mostly converted from the new Perry French. I used Victrix artillery heads. The plumes on the bicornes are scratch built from stretched sprue. No augelettes as they would be a bit fiddly to do.
The mounted guy is a composite of dragoon lower chassis and Perry French infantry uppers and Victrix heads. Horses are Essex that I got on sale for a rainy day. I put a spacer to get them a little taller.

I did these last summer. they're encampments for a certain rule set. I guess that they sort of act as 'spawn points'.
Had a lot of fun making them and was able to use a lot of neat figures.

These are just scenery.

Good job on converting. I's amazing how often we can still find gaps in ranges when it comes to doing particular units.
