A Confederate six horse limber using Perry plastics and old Hinchliffe horses (from the wrong era but … well… too bad). Need some ideas on what to use for the traces. Cheers Brian link

Did you stiffen the twisted thread with glue? |

No the thread is twisted, have played using white glue to stiffen as you see hard to get tight. Been gauging about where to cut line after a knot on limber and touch of glue underneath. Turning horse on side glue the end where it belongs, a few minutes after super glue is set drops on bottom then trying to pull string tight. Still working on Prussians so still lots to experiment with. |

These come in varying sizes from Hobby shops. Something to do with putting beads onto threads. Metallic and easily cut to length;

Just thought my explanation is the inside lines, the outside is easy to get to and where I should try glue to stiffen the thread. |
