Yes, it is good and entertaining historical rendition of the the battle. A pretty good series too.

Words of a veteran of Dettingen, but equally applicable here.

Montcalm's European experience had been against the Austrians in Italy. If he'd been at Dettingen or even Fontenoy- he might have thought twice about his bold plan.
