Message to the Chinese Commander, Chosin Reservoir, Korea, November 1950. Messanger: "Honorable general, our recon report of the American positions has good news and bad news" General: "What is the good news?" Messanger: "The good news is we have the enemy surrounded and outnumbered 12-1, they are in -40 degree temperature and falling back to the coast and cut off from all supply routes". General: "That's excellent comrade! What can the bad news be?" Messanger: "Honorable General, the enemy is the 1st Marine Division and Chesty Puller is with them".

I always liked the one sided ones … The good news is they're going to name a new disease after you!
