Been toying with playing Star Wars Miniatures Battles in 15mm. There isn't much out there in this scale for Star Wars, but I like 15mm because I can try and get some of those Battle at Hoth AT-AT's and they aren't wallet killers. However, there is SO MUCH 25/28mm stuff out there that won't require me to try and find someone to 3d print items for me. My main concern is an AT-AT at that scale would dominate the table. I'll be gaming on a 8x4 table and while a great size for 15mm, I think a 28mm AT-AT will be just too overwhelming. Throw in the fact that I'm not sure there is much out there for an AT-ST other than the $100 USD+ WotC walker. Are there AT-AT's in that scale I'm missing? |

For 28mm there is the Legion AT-ST for about $40 USD |

AT-ST aren't the issue…it's the big walkers. Just afraid there isn't much out there in "legion" scale and if there is/was….it would dominate the table. |

Captain, Galoob AT ATs and AT STs are smaller than standard 25/28 mm scaled walkers. They are out of print, but they may work for your 15mm scale games. |

Yea, I think I'm going to have to stick to 15mm if I want to use AT-AT's. The Revell kits and the WoTC ones are $100 USD+ and that's just stupid expensive. |

Sorry, didn't realize you were only interested in an AT-AT. That would really dominate the table in 28mm, an example of the size would be this 3D version link . It's 489mm (19.2") tall and a very long print time. In the larger scale, maybe better as off-table support? |

I have 2 of the old WOTC AT-ATs at 28mm and on a 4x8 table they don't dominate. They are surely big, but I found them tenable to play a game with. In a 4x8, you'd probably find it preferable to go lengthwise to accommodate movement of them. |

I tried tracking down the 1/53 Revell kit but most are all overseas (online) and on Ebay, but they're all $100 USD+ so that's a no-go. Inquiring about FDM printing. Couple local(ish) guys might be able to tackle this, otherwise, I'm sticking to the AMC model kits that are 15mm(ish) thanks |
