Nice painting but you have the Colonels colour in the wrong position. |

Agree, nice painting. Jim, where does the Colonel's Color go? |

The Colonels colour goes in the highest status position. This is normally on the right as the unit faces forward. A bit like the Stars and Stripes on the right of the Regimental colour in an ACW Union regiment. |

And the colors for your British 24th Foot are also incorrectly placed. You need to swap them, putting the King's colors ("Union Jack") on its own right and the regimental colors on the left. This is unfortunately a common error made not only by wargamers but by others flying flags outdoors. I even had to correct a fellow Scoutmaster at a summer camp about the way he had his US and Troop flags displayed. Jim |

On a non-colours issue, I quite like the uniform colour – getting white right is tricky and you did a great job; plus I agree, the Front Rank "that looks like the enemy over there" is a useful and good looking pose |

Stacky, Nice looking unit and a worthwhile building plan you've devised. I'll refrain from offering advice or giving you my accuracy critique as I can't see where you asked for it. |

Very nice. Some type of off white is the way to go when painting the French of this period. |
