My youngest daughter is a Major in the Army Medical Corp and just returned from Kuwait, she qualified for sniper school years ago during her MOS. She was also a 2 time regional ROTC shooting champion. Prior to her reserve unit leaving for Kuwait last year her unit had to qualify on the rifle range, as the officer (2nd Lieutenant) in charge was an idiot on the range, she ordered him off the range, and worked with all the doctors, nurses, and medics to get them qualified, which she did accomplish. They all said if we get in any combat make sure my daughter is this first one to get a weapon, since she shot a perfect score during qualifying. |

I did once date someone who had been a Navy balloonist. She said the job was too much fun and couldn't believe that they paid her to do it. |
