I do not believe it is in "the other services" powers to disband the USMC?

Old Glory is exactly right – in fact the Marine Corps was established by an Act of Congress and in terms of precedence is the No 2 uniformed service (after the Army) – so the Corps is in not danger of being disbanded! |
