Pulp Figures might be the place to start. They have a bunch of figures in tuxes, some even wearing capes like this one:

You would need to do head swaps but there's plenty of Napoleonic figures in bicorns.

I might be able to convert figures wearing a fore and aft bicorne by simply adding a cape.
Suggestions?
I don't want to have to buy a command pack to get a single figure and then throw away useless Napoleonic figures.

Bogdanwaz, the Dracula figure is almost spot on.
But I sense something… sacrilegious in doing my father as Dracula. Not quite right. grin
