How well that top figure really does stand up to such magnification. Tell me you have not really painted hands and a face on his wristwatch? It may just be an optical illusion, but I think I can read the time |

It is an illusion , but with a very small brush I would say it could be done ;) |

Marine fireteams sometimes retained one M14 [full auto version] quite late into the war. There was one M79 per squad in addition to the 12 fireteam members. Plus a squad leader. M60s went in a weapons squad. 2-3 teams. Squads were large in theory but I understand seldom up to TOE. I read this somewhere online, but have lost the copies of my files. Nicely painted figures again. |

Magnificent, Thomas! I can't believe the watch! Don't think I have ever seen that much facial detail except on 54mm. Beyond nice! |

Nice but for that special touch you need to draw some graffiti on the helmets. Suggestions: a peace sign, born to kill, ace of spades, hatch marks and tick marks for short-timers, target image, grunt power, don't shoot, short-timer, kill a commie for Christ, Black Power, giving the finger, F--- the Corps, girls name, etc. Many times the squad leader would carry the M-79. He could use smoke rounds to mark targets. Wolfhag |
