I managed to finish off the varnishing on these 'test' miniatures this weekend so I thought I'd pop up a few pics. They were not quite 'speed painted' but more 'medium paced'; think Paul Collingwood as opposed to Jofra Archer and you're close to the mark. Thanks guys- all the kind words appreciated as always :) Just make things clear and avoid any potential confusion, these are all from the Victoria's Little Wars metal Perry range. These painted models are from the Perry's metal range, of course – I am absolutely sure the Plastics will be as good, if not better – if that is possible? – I am soo waiting for them to be released next month! Hi Herkeybird, I think I remember reading that they are pencilled in as due out the first week in September sometime so not very long to wait at all.
