Great find.

Interesting how the photos show things as different colors due to the exposure. I would guess some of those pictures were taken in the rain as well.

Now we'll need some shirtless figures for our collections.

Oh that is a good point. Plus you can bet these were taken with "modern" 35mm colour film not the WWII attempts at true colour photos.

Even then. US Army Olive Drab. How brown/green/yellow/even purple was it in reality? Depends of course on lighting, exposure to the elements, quality of the film and its processing and so many other variables.

Vallejo brownish or Tamiya bright green for example? My 2eme DB in Paris '44 have the former whatever.
