So saving some money by contracting out the service branches has some short comings. |

The article keeps calling it a tank. Just because it's a tracked vehicle, it doesn't make it a tank. Also, where is the bridge? |

Maybe they were running out of fuel due to the excess weight, had to hit the local casino or cat house, or went on a lunch/dinner break. My guess is the bridge could be anywhere between CA and SD, so they probably need to start checking numerous streams, creeks, and small rivers between those points. If the bridge is made from aluminum, they might want to check the local recycling centers too, just for grins. |

Someone is hand receipted/signed for that ! That's going to be a hell of a Report of Survey. They must have noticed there was an open slot in the motor pool ! The article keeps calling it a tank. Just because it's a tracked vehicle, it doesn't make it a tank.
Another case of the media not doing their research and they know most wouldn't know an AVLB, MBT, APC, IFV, etc., etc. if it ran them over ! 🤩😂🤣 Also, where is the bridge? Again someone signed for that ! And I'm pretty sure bridge was included! 🤔🤨 |

We have a local National Guard armory that had an obsolete M1 to play with. It's located along a river that floods whenever it feels like. They didn't move the M1 to higher ground when the Susquehanna did its thing. So, the Army came through and took it away. Like I said above, some people can't have nice things. |
