"Praise for Noble Knight Games" Topic

I placed my first order with this company for around $200 USD worth of GHQ ships last week, and was very impressed. The website was relatively easy to navigate, and it was particularly nice being presented with at least half a dozen shipping options upon checkout with the most economical air-courier to Australia already ticked.

There were a few additional ships which I had hoped to order and it did take me a couple of attempts to work out that the rather cryptic message that was being returned (which could be improved, and I wish I could remember what it was) meant they were out of stock.

I fired off a quick email and queried whether there might be some of those models in stock, and received a same-day reply from Jeff in customer service that he had checked the stock just in case they may have been there (which they weren't).

Great service, especially considering it must be among the smallest orders they will receive this year.

And I'll look forward to receiving it sometime around February 2021, but that won't be Noble Knight games's fault, of course!

Multiple orders over the years. Simply superb service, including at least five since COVID-19 hit. Fast, accurate, well-packed, great communications. One of the best.

Postage/fees to Canada can be just plain wicked, however, especially when they use FedEx ground (usually around $55 USD Cdn in extra fees, on top of their own S&H). I wish they'd offer an international discount on large orders, as they do for domestic US, but I'm sure they have their reasons.

Otherwise, I'm a very happy and repeat customer. Order with confidence from this fine outfit.

Your $200 USD order is not "small," for them. They frequently sell Mage Knight individual figures, on e-Bay. Have for many a year. I've ordered bunches from them over the past decade(?). Great service. One of my favorite vendors to deal with, on e-Bay. Cheers!

I have ordered from them many times, always with excellent service, both from ebay and their online store. For my most recent order, I live about 4 hours away and our daughter will be attending college in their city, so they are nice enough to hold my package for a month until I can get there to drop our daughter off and pick up my package, saving me the shipping cost. A great company to deal with!
