Anyone know why at the top of page maybe the website address says " Not Secure—theminiaturespage.com"

I'm not seeing any comparable warning.

??

Is it above the blue TMP banner?

theminiaturespage.com

Think it is because it is not https.

This has been discussed on a previous thread.

We don't handle financial transactions, no need for the extra level of security.

Correct.

Thank you all. And if it was discussed before.; all I can say is I am getting old.

My firefox browser shows two indicators:

1. No trackers known to firefox were detected on this page
2. Connection is not secure

#1 Gives this site ++1
#2 Does it matter for a hobby site?

If you'd like to bone-up on web security then try:

OWASP Top ten

#3 Sensitive Data Exposure might be on your mind.

#10 Insufficient Logging & Monitoring might be on Bill's

All I know is to knobble/demoralise (US:demoralize) the security expert as soon as s/he appears to naff-up your project.

Yes, at the top of my screen it says, Not secure … in Red. Regardless, I don't think anything said here or even in your profile is "Top Secret", etc. 😁
