Does anyone make a melodrama villain in top hat and cape (think Snidely Whiplash) in 28mm? This is what I think of while painting Mounties, I'm afraid. Grelber |

Hmm, there are some top-hat-and-cloak gents in various "Victoriana" ranges. Look for "ripper" in Foundry's catalogue: link or Reaper: link …but they're probably more sinister than melodramatic. |

Look to any range of mid to late 19th century civilians. Various manufacturers make ACW civilians, and look at "townsfolk" from Old West lines. You need a top hatted gent in a frock coat. You can always add a cape you made yourself. And you can paint on the mustache. |
