… In Iraq Attacked And Destroyed

"Sources in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior told Al-Araby that, while it's still to early to discuss who may have been behind the attack, it seems to have been one of the militias.

Gunmen attacked and torched three large trucks carrying equipment and logistical materials for US forces in Iraq, south of Baghdad, on Saturday, according to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed.

Interesting.

I hadn't heard about this in "the news", which used to report about incidents like this.

Also interesting is that the drivers were forced out of the vehicles and apparently released. I wonder what nationality they were?

It seems that the opposition has received the message that there will be consequences if people from our side are killed, hence their care in releasing the drivers, apparently unharmed.

"Sources in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior told Al-Araby that, while it's still to early to discuss who may have been behind the attack, it seems to have been one of the militias".

They also say they don't believe it was a "terrorist attack".

Iran, clearly is behind the attack, since they arm, fund, and control the militias in Iraq, and elsewhere in the region.

Drivers would have been LEC's.
