I painted up some zombies from Lead Bones and Warlord/Wargames Factory and used it as a chance to test out the GW contrast paints.

Not a zombie fan but I admire good painting – well done!

Zombies are a difficult group to paint and make them look 'right'. I think yours have a very definite look…I would hate to meet them on a bright night, let alone a dark one!

PS: Do you have a good Michael Jackson figure to lead them?

Thanks for the comments. I don't play straight zombies vs survivors games, but they are useful to have around as random encounters/obstacles/objectives in my post-apoc games. One benefit of quarantine is that I have been painting a lot of miniatures that have been in the lead pile for a long time.

Lovely brushwork. Looks like the contrast paints worked out very well.

Why would a zombie be toting around his IV/heart monitor stand? Maybe he's a hypochondriac zombie? 🤢

#Extrabio: Thats the one that always got me, even when WGF first released them. That must have something special.

RE: Contrast paints, still undecided on them just yet.

#Mirosav: Ahh the gamers proverbial "I'll get to it One Day Pile." If I live until its completed, I'll Never Die.
