This scenario is posted on The Wargaming Company store, it is for free to review a sample of a scenario.
The scenario is in the updated format for the soon to be released second edition of 1812.
Disclaimer – I do not own this Book, I have the 1813 and 1814
that I paid for.

The newer format for maps looks great, one grid square is one mile. The OOB are really outstanding down to the Battalion level. Combat ratings are listed with special rules that apply, I.E. Lights or Shock in Melee etc.

At the website downloads is an Introduction that also can be downloaded which has all the definitions for the terms used.
Nicely done.

I am confused. They seem to want my Paypal details even though the scenario is free of charge??

Am I doing something wrong?

Just downloaded. It doesn't actually take you to Paypal but a summary order page where there is a download link. Regards Alan

Many thanks Alan in Canberra. I did as you said and downloaded no problem.

I have only had time for a quick glance at it but it looks to be really good.

Well done The Wargaming Company for making this available.
