Nice looking army.

Now you need to paint up some Carthahooligans and have a battle. Make sure you put the AAR on TMP.
Great paint job!

Carthagians are opponents for Middle Republicans. I prefer historical. I have Parthians, Early Germans, Gauls and Ancient Spanish. They should fit the ticket.

And potentially other Romans!

Berthier, you just won yourself two free bags of OG by showing this fine army of OG figures.
Call 724 – 423- 3580 and speak to Connie only.
Just say " Russ said I could " 😛

Very nice Mr. Russ Dunaway!!!

Henry Martini08 Jul 2020 8:37 p.m. PST

Mmm… correct me if I'm wrong, but they're OG15s, aren't they?

Berthier209 Jul 2020 2:25 a.m. PST

They are.

Henry Martini09 Jul 2020 5:42 p.m. PST

Oh, the embarrassment… and did someone say 'false pretences'?

Old Glory Sponsoring Member of TMP10 Jul 2020 3:41 p.m. PST

They say Old Glory ??????

They are all 15mm. Mostly Old Glory with a few Chariot and Corvus Belli minis as denoted in the captions of the pictures.

Asteroid X11 Jul 2020 12:05 a.m. PST

These 15mm figures have excellent detail.

I must admit I was wondering why old Russ was so generous, aren't these old glory 15mm?? Not the Old Glory 28mm figures?

Henry Martini11 Jul 2020 7:07 a.m. PST

Yes; they're made by a different company: Old Glory 15s/19th Century Miniatures :-o.

Asteroid X11 Jul 2020 1:46 p.m. PST

I had to look again. The poses are very similar to the 25mm Caesarean Romans. Seems like the same sculptor.

They are under the OG brand name -- that is all that matters. I was fully aware they were 15mm

:- )

That's a good sized force that you have right there. I recently got some OG15s from the mid Roman range and I liked them a lot.

I also have a Marian army of a similar size to you. They would have a decent civil war scrap, if it weren't for the need to lockdown, and the geography etc

Berthier215 Jul 2020 11:16 a.m. PST

Vancouver Brit, true. I also have a growing force of Early Germans from FIB that I am working on with a horde of OG15 Gauls in need of flocking and leaders for them to face.
