It's coming. I can tell you it's the Fantasy version of 'Hardwired:Cyberpunk Espionage and Mayhem.'

It may be. The value depends on what kind of games you like. Similar to Hardwired, it's straightforward, fast-play combat, with added details for weapons, armor, spells, potions, and a (very) simple campaign/advancement system.
