Thanks. And they're the right size for a game, too. There's a place in my heart for Fort LeClerc--in Libya, but occupied by the FFL for about 10-15 years at the end of the colonial period and named for you know who. Much too large for a game, but it reeks of period. |

Actually, fort garrisons were usually drawn from native tirailleur and spahi units, and the pacification of Morocco was virtually over by 1926. At that time the main action was in the north: the Rif Rebellion and the uprisings of previously pacified tribes associated with it. |
