What gave you changed in your BG/coc mash up ?

I wrote a few notes on Battleground Command a few years ago: link The basic article is still sound but of course somewhat outdated in places as the game has further developed since these articles.

Basically CoC is not much of a tank game and I wanted to have all the hardware function realistically. And there were lots of other things I liked in Battleground WWII. But CoC excels in the modelling of leaders and force morale. Putting the two together gives a pretty satisfying gaming experience I think.
