After a longer weekend here is the next Empress miniatures figure finished. it is a NVA soldier throwing a stick grenade. A wonderful sculpt from Paul Hicks, it was a joy to paint.

Clever work. He looks Vietnamese and the grenade throw is largely ignored as a pose in recent 28mm figures from Nam. I have a Marine pulling the pin (and clearly keeping very close to a wall) but that is it. I do like the extra touch with the scarf too |
