Is anyone having problems with mail from the UK? I ordered rules from the UK in February when I did not received my order I contacted the seller and was advised the order was posted on 2/21. I confirmed my mailing addressed and he posted another packet on 4/23. As I have not received either posting I am wondering if there is an issue with the UK postal service.

Last package i sent to the UK post office warned me that because of so many flights being cut because of the virus a package could take as much as 6 weeks I would think the same apply's to UK to US.
15 days in on that package it still has not arrived.

UK-based Modiphius has been broadcasting that unregistered mail from UK to outside Europe has been having extreme issues. Their explanation and advice:

"Untracked shipments to the rest of the world – eg US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia etc (typically something under 2kg where it says 'untracked' at checkout) still have big backlogs so we are not shipping anything ordered via untracked airmail outside of Europe until this clears so please bear with us. We are reviewing the situation weekly. Once it clears we'll get everything on hold shipped out right away. The best advice if you're outside of Europe is to use courier shipping to guarantee delivery until things clear up."

5 weeks for a package from old crow so far. One package from gzg took just over a month.

Not me personally but there have been a number of posts about it here and on facebook. Between customs and flights being curtailed international shipping is a mess.

Hit or miss for me. I've had some orders from UK take much longer than normal to arrive and others no delay whatsoever. All the orders are from companies that process orders quickly and notified that the packages were sent soon after ordering.

Lancashire got me an order in 3-4 weeks.
QRF in about the same.
Both great people to deal with.
Still waiting for a different company, it will soon be 2 months.
This is to Canada.

My last 2 UK orders took about 8 weeks. May be later June until you get it. Not sure I'b be happy about a FEB package taking that long. Reputable seller?

My last order took 7 weeks.

My Bad Squiddo kickstarter package took 20 days from shipment to turning up in my mailbox in Colorado. It is usually two weeks or less. So, longer than usual, but not too bad. Still waiting for my package from Templar, which shipped a few days after the Bad Squiddo package.
Our regional sorting facility has had a lot of people staying home sick due to Covid-19.

I am the owner of Footsore North America. I can tell you I received a package from Footsore UK HQ that was post marked April 5th just yesterday. Not only from US to UK and vice versa, Ive seen horrid response from our Postal Service. This time the postal service is worsen than the peak of the holiday season. It is difficult for everyone involved.

Order from TTCombat came in 2 weeks. Super fast.

I'm at 22 days on one order and 15 on another. Guess I shouldn't be worried yet.

I won't be getting any packages at all for a little while – the rioters burned down my neighborhood post office last night. Don't know for sure if I had anything coming through there yesterday . . .

This IS what happens when the world shuts down for business.

"I won't be getting any packages at all for a little while – the rioters burned down my neighborhood post office last night".

That is terrible news. I'm very sorry to hear that.

My last 3 orders took a month and with one company I got half in one box and the other box is still in transit. All in all just a little longer than normal.

I've received at least half a dozen parcels from the UK in the last 2 months. Only one took more than 2 weeks to arrive.

On the other hand, some of my parcels that go through the Chicago USPS seem to get scattered to the four winds. I had one go out from Chicago and return back there three times before moving on.

Got a package from Pendraken Thursday, about 3 weeks from time of order. Very happy with service.

Thresher0131 May 2020 5:51 p.m. PST

4 – 5 weeks from my last shipment.

Bravo Six31 May 2020 7:09 p.m. PST

Ordered from Full Metal Miniatures in the UK, tracked April 27. Order came to me in Canada, on Friday. About a month.

jdginaz31 May 2020 8:15 p.m. PST

The Netherlands not UK but I'm waiting on a package that the Netherlands post said, "Sent to the country of destination" on April 30th and the USPS still says "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." So 31 days and counting.

TodCreasey01 Jun 2020 4:31 a.m. PST

I got nothing for about 6 weeks and the first 2 packages arrived yesterday (I live in Canada). I would not expect there was a problem until it has been 8-10 weeks.

Note that a lot of air mail is sent in excess cargo space in planes and with fewer planes flying the backlog is bigger now. I also suspect there was a lot of adjustment to our current reality so it may be smoother now.

aynsley68301 Jun 2020 4:50 a.m. PST

First one took just over two weeks, my second hasn't arrived yet -going on 5 or 6 weeks now and my last took a week but that was sent fedex so may not really count as being posted/mailed .

Thomas O01 Jun 2020 7:04 a.m. PST

Got an order form Col Bill's last week and it took about 2 weeks maybe a little less.

aynsley68302 Jun 2020 4:21 a.m. PST

Got my second order from Victrix finally yesterday , so all,is good now.

Schogun02 Jun 2020 5:36 a.m. PST

My last order from the UK took 6 weeks. Two orders from Hong Kong took only 10 days. Go figure.

Just saw this:
Royal Mail have seen 95% less air passenger flights as a result of Covid-19 and are having to use air freight instead.

This could mess up timing. And add to price.

138SquadronRAF02 Jun 2020 12:49 p.m. PST

I did a special order though a US Wargaming company, (Rule of Acquisition #33) and came in about 5 weeks. Not sure of his turn round time.
