Thinking about doing a game, or games of the Ploesti Raids.

Does anyone produce a 6 car flak train in 1/600th – 1/700th scale?

Not sure if the engine was armored or not. Apparently, the cars had a mix of heavy 88mm guns, and 20mm – 37mm light flak guns on them. Some had fold-down sides, and others, apparently, opened at the top, in order to surprise the enemy.

The Skytrex 1:600 range is now sold by Heroics and Ross.
In the Harbour subrange are gun emplacements and locomotives and railcars. I used those to build a flak train.

Thanks for the tip.

A pity everything is out of stock.

I think Heroics is showing out of stock as he's running a reduced service due to the virus.

Come back in a couple of weeks and he may be up and running again (I think the kids are going back to school soon?).

Sounds good.

Thank you.
