I found a box of painted 7th Cav. The figures are all by Foundry painted to a very good standard. They are all mounted figures. Now Foundry ask 4GBP each and I'm trying to decide how much these might sell for (I switched to 15mm years ago). Do you reckon $10 USD per mounted figure is a reasonable price? With discounts for buying in bigger lots? I buy/sell 15mm and 6mm all the time but am out of my depth on 28s. TIA |

4GB is almost $5.00 USD at the current exchange rate. I know professional painters who charge $5.00 USD per infantryman. So $10 USD for a painted cavalryman would be considered a bargain by many. You can also search ebay to see what the going rate is for painted 28mm figures. |

I looked at Ebay. Prices there for a 28mm mounted figure, well painted, go for anywhere from $5 USD to $100. USD @Don Manser: I have to count, but a couple dozen at least. I thought I'd probably sell them off in sets of 6 or 12. |

I think $10 USD per mounted figure is reasonable. |

I charge my regular client $5.00 USD to paint a horse and ride, so $10.00 USD for a painted model sounds about right. |

The prices sound fair. I have 6 dismounted artisan 7th cavalry, nice paintings, but I could not sell them for $5 USD each. So I think you just price the figures as folks suggest and hopefully someone buys. |

That seems reasonable. You could offer a discount if some one buys multiple sets. |

It depends how badly you want to sell them, and how well they are painted. If I was posting them for auction, I'd probably start at $5.00 USD per fig and let the market decide from there. |

Go to Noble Knight Games and look at their prices and descriptors for some idea on 28's. And if you use ebay as a pricing guide, be sure to tic the 'sold' box and look at sales over time for same/similar items. When we price items for the antique business, that is one of the techniques we use. |

As they are painted to a very good standard I think you should be charging more than $10 USD for a figure and horse. |
